2024-2025 Badges
Badges can be earned with your Troop, Unit or Individually with requirements oriented by age group. The Troop chooses badges from 4-6 frontiers (category) to complete at meetings throughout the course of the year. Below are the badges selected for the upcoming 2023-2024 Troop year. Occasionally the higher units (Pioneers and Patriots) may choose a different badge to work on. Girls are also encouraged to complete additional badges independently. They will need to keep records of their progress and, when completed, present it to at least 2 registered adults who will sign off on the work.
Heritage
Women of Faith: Learn how women in history became the people God created them to be to impact and influence those around them.
Arts
Puppetry: Puppetry is an art form that has intrigued both children and adults for thousands of years.
Dance: In lieu of a sports pin, we will learn about one of the oldest performing arts found in nearly every culture.
Outdoor Skills
Fishing: Enjoy the sport of fishing, learn how to be safe and be respectful and responsible with God's creation.
Science & Technology
Insects: Insects are fascinating! They make up 70 to 75 percent of the animals kingdom and are found in nearly all environments. It is estimated that there are still millions yet to be discovered and classified.
Personal Well-Being
Bible Basics: We will strengthen our knowledge and understanding of who God is, who you are, and how to seek his will.

Faith & Level Awards
There are additional faith and level awards that can be earned, but they have to be completed outside of Troop meetings, which are all outlined in your program handbook. See your Unit Leader or Troop Coordinator if you would like more information.

Court of Awards
At the end of the year, we have an award ceremony for our girls to receive all of the badges, patches, pins and awards they completed throughout the Troop year. This is an exciting culmination of the entire year’s worth of work and a great way to celebrate our girls' accomplishments.
